Respec Dungeon

Zenimax can we please get a dungeon where for our dungeon reward we can respec our character? This would give us an option to play for rather than pay for a respec. I don't know the best way to implement this but the current cost of a respec for me is around 15k, it's too expensive to experiment or to play with builds.
