Day/Night Spawn Cycles For Werewolves and Vampires

I was wanting to know if anyone has actually figured out what the cycles are for spawning infected Werewolves and Vampires. When the game first came out I could find them fairly easily. However now I can't seem to ever find one. I know that for at least werewolves, it no longer has anything to do with the moon cycles. Full moon does not matter. I have found them under a crest moon before. But I can't seem to find them anymore.

Does anyone know on which day(night) and at what time(game time) either of these actually spawn? For instance, when would a werewolf that you can receive the infection from spawn in the Rift?

I do not kmow.... but I hear much much chatter about this in different zones.

So many times I have seen people spend much time and energy in zone chasing , hunting for a bite, the hole time yelling how people are fools for paying.

I spent one day trying to get the infection on my own...... next day I gladly spent 5k for it

i have gotten a ww bite and 2 vamp bites by standing at the shrines and just chilling for a hour or so till some one nice does it, im one of those that dont believe in paying or selling the bites

You can't put that information on the forums anyhow. What you CAN do is search it on google, and you will find plenty of maps that have outlines drawn on them showing you where and when they spawn.

This tactic worked for me too! I just chilled in front of the shrine and a vampire ran up and bit me, then ran off! Job done!

When my bites are ready, I usually go to the shrines and offer to bite for free. I just like making more vampires!

Yet another month has passed and I have still yet to find a werewolf. I used to be able to find them. Now, I don't even think that they exist.

So please! Will some admin/developer give us some small piece of incite? Do werewolves that you can contract the disease from still exist? Like in the Rift for example. Are the spawn times just rarer? Have the locations changed? If I was able to find them in April but I haven't found them in 3 months since, there is something wrong.

LOL .. I've been trying to contract vampirism the 'natural' way (from an NPC) and hung around the area's suggested on Google .. and got bitten by a bloomin' werewolf near Fllowstone Wayshrine ... up in the hills skulking near the whisp's.

Now I have to pay I guess to remove the affliction .. because I really want vampirism for my NB .

One tiny sliver of one moon ... Vampires.

Both moons full ... Werewolves.

I thought this was common knowledge. Now as to where, is left as an exercise for the reader.

Because of grivers the moon phases don't matter anymore and the locations are more random now. I have seen areas that had plenty of mobs that infect both WW and Vamps.
