Templar ability Lingering Ritual forces to dismount

Templar's Restoring Light ability Lingering Ritual (a morph of Healing Ritual) is supposed to heal you after eight seconds. It works as intended but it has a side effect in that if you mount a horse within these eight seconds you are automatically dismounted when the extra heal ticks. This can be very frustrating and can sometimes impede you if you are trying to flee from enemies (mounting again while in combat is impossible as we know). The same is with Restoration Staff's ability Healing Ward (morph of Steadfast Ward) which is similar in nature but has a six second duration.
I really think this has to be addressed because other ticking heals (such as Regeneration, Rapid Regeneration, Mutagen) heal you even if you mount while effect is on you and does not dismount you.
