Can't Use Guild Store/Bank, Trade, Mail or Send Tells

Not really sure what happened today but I seem totally incapable of interacting in certain ways. I'm part of a few guilds and I'm able to speak in guild chat as well as in zone chat with no problems.

I've tried disabling all addons as well as closing the game down totally. I've tried restarting my PC as well as powering down my router.

I can receive tells but people I send tells to are unable to see them.

When I speak to a banker the only option available is my own personal bank.

When I try and trade with another player it closes before the trade screen comes up.

When I try and send mail I hit the R key to send as well as manually click on it with the mouse it just hangs there without sending.

All of this seems to have started recently after submitting a ticket about being stuck in the Vulkhel Guard manor door and then falling through the ground. I'm not sure if there's a connection but it's the only thing that happened out of the ordinary today.
I'd provide a ticket number for that incident but I deleted the mail after /stuck'ing myself out of the abyss.

Not really sure what to do, but if this issue can be escalated and looked at I'd be very pleased. I wasn't sure if submitting a help ticket would work.

Do a ticket. I've been waiting since Friday when I fell through the ground for a fix. It's finally escalated. But put a ticket to get CS started on your account.

sounds like me mate where you kicked for spamming even though you havnt been, been chat banned. still waiting to get mine sorted as the only thing theyve done to help is remove my forum post

I've been having the same issue since the 1.6 patch.

I can't access guild stores or banks but I can still use guild chat and am still receiving profits from sold items that were listed before the issue.

I submitted a ticket and contacted support but their reply was word for word what I told them we already did with the removing add-ons, repairing, resetting, rebooting, etc.

*sigh* please bump this if anyone finds a solution

Similar issue here, I've put in 3 tickets now and have NO response. I can type in zone, group, send tells, use /say and /yell but NO ONE can see what I am writing (had to look at a friends screen to confirm this). Also can't use guild traders, can't send mail or trade with anyone.

Hey there folks,

While there are a few issues such as add ons or your online status, this can also occur for Terms of Service reasons.

If you have changed your online status and have disabled your add ons, you will need to contact customer support in regards to this issue. As this is crossing into (admittedly unknowingly) discussing actions against accounts/appeals, we're going to go ahead and close this topic. Thanks for your understanding.
