Where is my Thane?

In Skyrim I always had a Thane that would fight with me. Usually awarded to me by a King. Now why didn't the Queen award me a Thane to help me in the Vet levels?

Because the Queen isn't a ruler of Skyrim.

Instead she rewards you with Khajiit concubines. ;D

Skyrim isn't the only Elder Scrolls game....

Also, there are no Thanes in Dominion lands, as far as I know. <.<

You don't get a "Thane", it is a title you receive, along with a Housecarl. It's the Housecarl you are probably looking for.

first of all they called you thane... and you have guilds and friends to do that for you.
I prefer not to have these companoins... like it how it is..

Ah you are right, thanks for straightening me out. I remember Ulric of Windhelm gave me my first housecarl. I'm afraid I did abuse her a bit. She was a pretty good little tank. So where is my Housecarl? Bummer, I don't have a house either :-(

I hassled the Housecarl I got as it was not doing as I told them too. Then I remembered it was my real life wife playing that toon that was following me and now I am in trouble.
