Ok so there is this black building on my map left and i don't know what i've missed. I ''finished'' this zone long ago and i wanted to clear it all today and i couldnt find anything related to that building. I can enter it but there is nothing/no one inside.

Thank you.

Not sure if this can help but...
There should be lady outside, asking to find his husband or the dog. Can't remember. Anyway, you get a whistle from her and you use it near some barn and dog comes to you, which leads to the man.

Or it might be bugged since you already finished everything.

That's the Halmaera home. The guy who lives there is one of the people you have the option of saving prior to the evacuation of Bleakrock. If you chose the option of evacuating without finding all the missing people, he's either dead or managed to escape on his own. And his wife is also gone, so there's probably no way for you to clear that area with your current character.

unfortunately what he says is correct,
I find it bs that such small quest decisions limit you into getting achievements. Nobody would ever abandon the island without finding all the missing people if they knew they would be missing out on a achievement.

If you evacuated the island without finding the husband via the whistle/dog then he's dead or ran off and left his wife to die and that sub quest can't be finished so the house stays black.

It's not BS, it's accpeting the consequences of your choices.

Actually for me its just a videogame. I have a life with different achievements.
Anyway i remember in the early acces i was playing with some friends (all gone now) and they were a bit ahead and asked me to join them to stonefalls and i did thinking that i could come back and finish this quest another day. How could i have known this??

Hmmm that doesn't seem right, the quest chain shouldn't have broken if you were to skip it and do stonefalls....

edit: So I had a look at that image and yeah looks like you chose to evacuate early like the others have said
