Game client constant reset (UI, not saving any settings, etc)

So, I'm not sure where to post this exactly, I've been playing since launch and didn't encounter any major problems related to the game client until that annoying thing happened today:

Basically, every-time I run the game client (through launcher or without), none of my settings are being saved (username, display settings, UI, interface...). As a result, I can't skip all the logos like I used to, I need to set up gamma and accept the user agreement policy every single time. It's like the game doesn't recognize that I've run the game client before. I thought that one of my files might be corrupted, leading it to believe I run the game for the first time every-time. I've tried to repair the game client but it didn't fix my problem. Every single time, I have to adjust my UI, scale, re-configure all my add-ons etc... which takes a ridiculous amount of time.

Is there a file used to store user data config for the game client that I should delete and re-download(repair)? Has anyone else had this happen before?

Any help is appreciated!

    Greetings @TheWired‌

Can you verify that you have the file "Usersettings.txt" that should be located here: C:\Users\"Username"\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live ?

    Thanks for replying,
The "Usersettings.txt" file is in the folder you mentioned as it should.
Should I try to delete it and restart/repair the game?
