Hey Guys,
I was very disappointed with ESO, completely butchered MMO and probably the worst I've ever played. The amount of bugs that this game was release with was disgusting, absolutely obscene that its even legal to sell such a bad product. Yet the game is rotten from the core, the combat is just god damn awful. Then there is the VR grind which is just a joke.
That said I am still active playing it now and then, hoping for some updates and just to be clear I have certainly not "quit", so dont report this as a qutting thread.
I wasted my money on this absolute junk game and I am sorry if your in the same boat as me, but there is a cure. The cure is called wildstar and it is amazing, so try it for yourself its beautiful. People criticize it but they just have not surpassed level 20.
I believe that Wildstar is the second best thing to Phoenix, AZ.

Justan✭✭I agree with you about being disappointed in ESO, but WS isn't much better. I already unsubbed from that as well.
WS's questing is even more tedious and boring than going through vet content in ESO, and launching with only 2 pvp maps? I mean, come on... even SWTOR did better than that.
Not to mention i personally can't get past the art style. I don't want to feel like i'm playing a Disney version of WoW.2 -

Snowstrider✭✭✭✭✭Eso feels like a beta yes,And Wildstar have many things i wish eso had,The more sandboxy elements and the cuztomisation for an example. But i still like eso,Hope they add more stuff like that... And wildstar seems like a much more polished MMO and not like a beta.

XBOX NARuze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.2 -

Easy to imagine that Wildstar got alot of children and teenagers playing, also alot of wow players. I think thats exactly what many who like ESO is trying to get away from.
The disappointment for many I believe is because ESO isnt a WoW 2 or a clone, and it isnt fun for most teenagers.
And we should all be happy there are many choices out there, so everyone can find their game.
Ive considered WildStar, but I just cant get myself to buy a game that is marketed for kids, and so obviously also are made for kids.

Vorkk8383✭✭✭I have both games. They both have their ups and their downs. The one thing you can say is that Carbine had A LOT of bugs in beta but they got their poop together. Game is pretty smooth. Lots hate the cartoony look. Not a huge fan myself tbh. Not here to bash TESO however. I still have hope for TESO to be great if a lot of fixes are made and they start listening to players and fix in a priority order instead of fixing stupid stuff that nobody really cared about.0

I`d like some of their feature in ESO tho.... PvP arenas, housing... and not sometime in the next decade but more like in the next 2-3 content patches...
If they don`t add something worth subbing for i feel most will leave... and no Craglorn doesn`t count, its too easy to be an Endgame Raid...
Add things to play for.... give us a reason to keep logging in... other than "just because"...1 -

Selstad✭✭✭✭what REALLY grinded my gears when I tried Wildstar was the Final Fantasy flashy style on the UI. Levelled up? Lets FLASH that STRAIT in your face. Trying to find something in the UI? Lets hide that behind some flashy sub menu somewhere.
I might try Wildstar in depth and actually purchase it if I can find some UI pack that reworks the UI, but right now the UI is the big "no no" for me. I don't mind "the same" in questing, but I hate flashy UIs in an MMO. They are a big turn-down for me.0 -

No, I meant ESO is stripped down bare bones compared to Wildstar, Wildstars features are endless yes.
