Player Housing Ideas

With so many MMOs having customizable player housing, Wildstar being one of the most notable, I really hope that Zenimax plans to add it at some Point in the future. With that said, Player housing can be easily done by giving each player a "pocket of oblivion" to toy around with. You could do a quest for some daedric prince and get your own mini realm where you could customize everything from the landscape, to the buildings, to getting your own daedric servants to help gather crafting ingredients and bake sweet rolls. Thoughts?

I would not even worry about housing until many of the other features of the game get fixed and ironed out.
