The gentle desert breeze shifted for a moment and the temperature dropped abrutly causing his skin to prickle and the hairs to rise on the back of his neck.
He didn't flinch nor did he look up when he felt the vampire's icy but gentle touch upon his neck.
Perhaps it won't be painful, he mused. Though the Liar knew his last lie was for himself.
