We are currently investigating issues some Epic users are having logging into the North American and European PC/Mac megaservers.

Made it trough all the bugs, errors, crashes, not being able to play but.

Be aware: Wall 'o text, and no tl;dr for lazy people. Sorry either read it all or just skip.

-Also excuse my poor grammar skills and poor punctuation. English is not my native.

I have reached point where I simply can't force myself to do another quest, I just can't make myself to grind mobs or do same repetitive and boring PvP.

I guess by now you figured, that I'm talking about Vet level grind.
As much they have been good on paper the way they got implemented and the way they affect your character power is just not simply good enough.

You could have made them for PvP, but the way they play big role at PvE well it does not work. Players like to compete, but now they get forced to grind these extra levels just to gain access to best gear so they can finally start doing proper PvE content.

Sure, I know many of you will argue with me. Honestly you have all the rights to do so, but as a long time mmorpg player who has vast gaming experience this honestly will not give any life to game (as much you think it will provide longevity to PvE content- well it wont. To elaborate in few words: People at Western part of the world- we do not like long grinds, we don't want to grind for hours and hours to reach proper end game.)

- Don't get me wrong I LOVE DIFFICULT CONTENT, I love and enjoy difficult boss fights. I have raided at WoW for years within one of top guilds at EU, I played Aion for two years and I have been one of the highest ranked PvP players at server Telemachus. So yes I did my homework, I know how long it can take to achive some things.

- But what You need to understand is the fact that people want to have access to all the content w/o being penalised by some PvE ranks where you can't equip specific item untill you reach certain rank.

- System like this works flawles at PvP but not at PvE. If itemization wasn't all that bad at ESO, sure I would not mind Vet levels that much. But I will be honest with you. Items at ESO are pathetic, they have really bad design, and I got feeling they used some one who never had any experience with designing fun stats that affect your characters in a certain way.

Past few days this is what happens: I see daily quits at my guild and people reasons go along these lines (I can't take it anymore, grinding vet levels is just not my idea of fun etc, etc. Why should I grind to vet 4-5 just so I can start puggin' some vet 1-5 dungeons, due majority of groups are just impatient and lazy/rage quitting)

And lets be honest boss fights at ESO have really bad boss mechanics, there is nothing about being complicated, all about dps checks with few movement fights, good ol' boss mechanic- don't stand in fire (y.a.w.n). So in before you jump on me like a hungry dog, get real ESO fights are walk in the park and can be done easly by coordinated group. There is no complicated boss mechanic in game at all,

So yeah grinding vet levels is not my idea of fun (I would not mind them as PvP ranks) but the way they affect PvE content. Well let me just say this- PvE content is doomed to fail, same like it was at Swtor and Rift (even though Rift had some of my favorite boss fights I have seen around).

You might say it catters to hard core players- hard core or not no one likes to grind
1-12 vet levels just so you can start some proper raiding.

This is not a "I quit thread" I simply provided feedback and how I feel about game in current state. So before you jump on me (and my this I mean admins) "Rage quit threads are not allowed" first and foremost read full thread and then decie if you either want to lock it out or not. But well if you do, well then too --- bad.
