How to get to the third alliance area?

Hello, sorry my english.
I'm now veteran rank 6, and I'm playing in the Ebonheart Pact, and I'm a RP player.
I don't really like the way to level up in this game, you level up quickly doing quests, but leveling up in PvP it's a bit difficult, also, grinding is other way to level up, but it's boring. I just want to unlock all the areas in Tamriel, so I can play the way I want, not doing always quests. I'm in the Ebonheart Pact, and I don't see a reason for my character to do the Covenant or Dominion quests, and help the King of Covenant or Queen of Dominion.
When I leveled up to veteran rank 1, I gone to the Daggerfall Covenant areas, Glenumbra in this case, and I got to veteran rank 2 with some quests and anchors, bosses, dungeons, etc. Then I entered in Stormhaven, I got 1/2 of veteran rank 2, but I didn't want to do quests, and entered PvP. I leveled up to rank 6 without doing quests in the Covenant area, I haven't entered yet in Bangkorai or Alik'r Desert.
Now, I want to go to the Aldmeri Dominion area, just unlock it, I don't want to do the quests, just explore it and things like that.
So, I have explored Glenumbra, 1/2 of Stormhaven, and 1/4 of Rivenspire, nothing more. Didn't do quests in Stormhaven and Rivenspire.
I think I have to do a quest to get to the Dominion area, but, it is only a quest, or I have to do LOTS of quests?

AFAIK you need to complete Cadwell's Almanac. It's the main story of the alliance, a few quests per zone.

Does anyone know which quests? I don't want to do all of them.

Look in Caldwells Almanac that the previous poster mentioned. It lists the names of the quests that need to be completed. It is a short list. Open of your journal and select the tab for Caldwell's Almanac and there you go. Complete silver to be able to progress to gold.

Oh, right, I didn't saw that, Thank you, lots of quests T_T

Once you unlock the third Alliance you can continue to do Caldwell's Gold for the skill points but you don't have to.
