EU Server Move and Server Transfers

Just a quick question, to see if anyone has seen any info on this subject:
when the EU server will move to EU (this summer apparently), do we get the chance to transfer our characters? My problem is my friend bought the game and created a character on the NA server (at the time it wasn't marked as TESO NA but just TESO) and well I rerolled there to play with him.
If the server moves, will ZOS allow for free transfers of people that are playing on the 'wrong' server?

AreoHotah✭✭✭✭The EU server moves and all on EU servers atm will keep everything. You are playing on NA atm, what does it have to do with the new EU servers. I would contact customer support, they will move your character I think. I would seriously consider not doing so as spit into face of customer. It is not any hard job for them to do so. It will only increase their reputation and make happy customer.

Thanks, that's what I plan to do if I cannot find other info. We'll be deciding together and see what's available. Otherwise, we'll just stick with the NA server, lag isn't that bad and time differences make for less crowded areas
