ESO, I have contacted you in the forums and yesterday I contacted you via email support. You called me and we spoke about the option to my problem. I followed every step. Tried every recommendation and nothing is fixing the problem.
I replied to the email as you instructed me to do if it doesn't work and now you choose not to respond. It has been 24 hours since my first reply informing you of the failed attempt.
Now I am back to the forums to share this support experience with other players to show you lack costumer service skills.
This is my story.
Molag Bal is bugged in Hearts Grief. I waited the weekend for you to reset the seed quest in Coldharbour. Finally I was able to finish Coldharbour area. I worked Coldharbour for 12 hours to level from 48 to 50 so I could go back to Molag Bal to attempt to complete that quest after failing so many times at level 47.
Last night I went back to kill him and now its bugged. He grabs me then drops me, I die and returned to life with a rune and he doesn't come down. I logged out several times last night to try and fix it, but no deal. Now its been 10-12 hours later and hes still bugged. I am really loosing it with this game. It is getting off to a very bad start which ruined Age of Conan game. I love Skyrim but this is getting very annoying. There are so many problems with this game. I would rather you had waited another year to get it right.
Your response on the phone and then sent me a copy via email.
(((( Helping you is our passion! ))))) This is the part that gets me???

Greetings David!
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team.
First and foremost, let me take the time to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I promise to do everything possible to ensure that this issue is resolved for you as soon as possible.
Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help you progress as we work towards a more permanent solution.
We recommend that you try the following:
Type /reloadui in your chatbox for graphics or user-interface issues
Type /camp in your chatbox, which logs you out. Afterwards, exit out of the game and launcher, and wait 15 minutes before logging back in. You are performing a soft-reset, which will reset the character instance information and allow the game to load properly.
You can venture off to complete other quests, allowing time to pass. This increases the possibility that you will be able to interact with the NPCs and/or objects that are causing the problem.
It is also possible that you can return with a party and attempt the quest with a fresh start (after sharing the quest via group tab)
As a last resort, you can try abandoning the quest and re-acquiring it.
It is a good practice to record the name of the quest before abandoning. This allows for easier reacquisition of the quest later on if the questgiver is hard to find.
A quick search or a trip to the ESO forums can uncover information about problematic quests. Other players may have found workarounds for the issue you're experiencing.
Any of these tips can apply to other quests or problems that you may have in the future. Please /bug in game when you are experiencing quest issues so that the quest information gets sent in your ticket.
Please reply back to this email if this does not resolve the issue and I will be more than happy to assist you further.
Once again David , we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are as one.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Warm Regards,
The Elder Scrolls Online Team
You can not abandon the main story line quest, or at least this last one. I don't have the option to do it like I was able to do with other bugged quest.
