ADD ARENA and /DUELL !!

Hey Community and Zenimax!

I know there are different points of View about adding a Arena and Duells

First of all i want to explain that i clearly want to have a Arena and duell
It means close PvP 1vs1 (duell) 2v2 3v3 5v5 (Arena)

It will give PvP players an endgame and let them have a target (Be the best Gladioator!)
Its a action combat based MMORPG .. in my opinion its a must have!

I dont argument it because other Games have it, even oblivion have a Arena.. i mean even in Quest u have to duell with NPCs!


On the other side i understand its a problem with the balancing.. and people dont want it because it could be bad for his PvE .. but to be honest Cyrodil balancing is seperate so it wont affect ur PvE.

And to all haters; If u dont like to play Arena or make Duells.. so JUST DONT DO IT

If u want to mess up with other Players just press F -> Duell
If not just use the option to auto. disagre Duell request.

WE dont want to have a special Gear if we are good in Arena.. we just want to have a endgame.

Cyrodil cant be the only way to have a pvp.

Well iam scared that many pvp players are sick of mass pvp and leave... I dont want a f2p teso..

Seems like you've never ran into a major bug yet... your time will come for sure...
at least definately if ZoS keeps adding broken content instead of fixing things first.

- all the non-wowclone games that came out in the last 7years

On the other hand, games with that crap that have failed (more or less):
- WAR
- AoC
- SW:TOR
- Rift
- hell ALL wowclones that came out in the last 6-7 years

Arena isn't going to be implemented, check devs post about it (reddit AMA)

You tell me... coz your statement is a double whammy of fun but the only action combat MMO I know are TERA and NWO, not exactly 2 great examples of success

nope pvp harassment needs to be kept under lock and key. Pvp has its own dedicated zone and that is enough. There needs to be a 0 chance of greifing and the best way to do that is lock it to its own zone. All you have to do is sit in any town and watch all the arrow and spell attacks going of inside the banks and trade area's. You put out a duel command they will be greifer's posted on every npc spawn spamming aoe attacks trying to trip a duel without a players consent.

People need to realize not every mmo has to have pvp. There are actually mmo's this beging 1 of them where pvp is not wanted or needed.

I disagree. You can have duels in cyr and you can make an arena.

I've been told some games have optional PvP. I would be willing to trade optional PvP for Arenas and closed dueling grounds in all areas. I even think that sparring dojos with no death matches would be a good thing. However, there are other matters more important right now.

Nope, keep PvP in its own zone. Truth be told I totally suck at small scale PvP and suck a little less at large scale, which is why I excell and love PVE. I love the idea that I can go through a zone enjoying the game and not having to worry about some jackwad flexing their e-pleen and mopping the floor with me because I'm level 20 something and they are VR12. Bottom line the current system gives players the choice, if I want to get my butt handed to me I will que for Cyrodiil. If not I don't.

Focus on more important things like bug fixes, balance, and new content. You want to do arenas? Go play WoW.
