1.2 Update - Solo Players Left Out Again

So we finally get to see whats coming in the new patch. However one thing stands out and thats the omission of any solo content !
I'm sure now all the usual idiots will start shouting that Im over reacting or being selfish. Well actuall Im not, I tend to play more group based stuff
But Craglorn was all group content and now it seems 1.2 is the same.
Zenimax need to realise that there are a lot of solo players in ESO and repeatedly churning out group content will just alienate them.
Give the solo guys some lovin

As an NB im forced to play solo, because my class is broken and repeatedly nerfed. Cant get through vr10-12… dunno how im gonna get through the new.

Hi, I am a VR12 Nightblade and I do just fine in group content.

Also solo content. Pretty much anything I do, I do just fine at. I am okay with this.

Again, this is an MMO where group activity at level cap is The Thing and End Game should be prio anyways for longevity of the game in mind.
I don't understand what the single players in ESO really actually want then from future updates? Maybe a full new zone to explore and quest some more, when the game has been out a few months only??? or what is it that you guys want then?

You always get someone/somewhere saying I am just fine with the way things are and at times I just think its another way of saying look at how good I am and how bad you must be... bit like Camerons Britain I suppose

Daily quests outside of Cyrodiil would be a start and some giant delves 4 or 5 times the normal size where you could have different objectives given to you every time you do it would be nice. Even for multiplayer focused players it's good to have things to do solo, while you wait for other people to come on.

Hi, I'm a NB and no one wants me in their group. I hear competitive end game PvE is fun, but I wouldn't know.

I do fine in solo content now that I've succumbed to the light armor/staff meta. Can't say I'm okay with it though.

Ye I hate people uploading and writing guides, they are badically saying you suck and should look at how an expert does it.

On topic they have released 2 big content updates, maybe more solo friendly will come?

Probably down the line.

Like was already said above , dailies and a new zone would help , they could even add solo trials , it is not usual for MMOs to have forced solo instances , zen could use this for many purposes.

Anyway , im sure they will add more down the line , with some luck they wont take long.

As a soloing NB i leveled up to VR12 in two days without a problem.
Join a party - or dont, it doesnt really matter - and have at the anomalies.
Its boring but it will get you to VR12 fast and easy.

People always complain, I agree that group based endgame should be focus now as its pretty weak.

However what is the 1.2 news?

Really, it's just a high-end Veteran Dungeon. Most of the patch notes seem basically to be fixes.

So, based on a known pattern of ... uh .. two content updates, at least they do change up what they're adding. There should be lots of room in the (near-to-mid) future for soloable content.

Perhaps they should look at the idea on the other thread and make a super-delve the size of Undermountain, with lots of objectives, puzzles, traps, etc (and the occasional vendoring/crafting station); I would go for that as "solo content".

Veteran 6 healer templar....

1st hotbar is dedicated to healing, nothing but healing for dark fissures, anchors, public and instance dungeons.

2nd hot bar is for solo play and testing skills, have zero issues going solo.
