Everything is pixelated and horrible looking. Started after latest update. This is probably the nail in the coffin for me. I want to love this game but ZOS is doing everything they can to drive me away.

Same issue I had. Running a GTX 770 as well. I am re-downloading the game to see if it fixes the issue. If not, I'm done with ESO.0
