Haste not working on any weapon

I have done tests with every weapon except for sword and board, it does not increase speed. I did notice that it has a small effect when you take off ALL of your medium armor. Is it possible that it is not stacking with the increased attack speed from medium armor?

"Haste" works, but not in the way u would expect. What haste "atk speed" does atm is reduce the cool-down between your attacks and there is also a minimal speed u will easily reach by just playing DW.

What this means in practice is that atm only heavy attacks profit from atk speed/haste. So test it again with a staff/2h heavy attacks and u will notice that u will be able to get more heavy attack's off.

So if u can build around heavy attacks, haste will increase your DPS, but i don't know any "competitive" build that works using haste.
