Hello,
I wanted to make a topic about something I believe is quite serious in the game balance since launch. For a long time light armor and staff has been far superior, I kept seeing it in veteran dungeons but never quite realized how much untill the trials hit.
As of right now the only way to go for any class is light armor destro-resto. Melee is an absolute joke and I don't know if I should even mention bow. Melee s have less DPS and have to dodge everything.
I think one major reason for this is that all class skills are magicka. In fact most skills in the game are magicka. So why go anything else than light armor and staff?
Furthermore I think the design of the trials with the necessity of only one tank basicly, was a poor move. I personnaly have a hard time finding any tank spots. And I didn't level my light armor staff lines. Groups are basicly full of DPS with one tank and maybe 1 dedicated healer and some who can switch to DPS. I'm by no means an expert but I think that screwing the ratios of vet dungeons has made it hard to find groups for more than just me.
Just wanted to give some feedback.
