Yes it dose it pays for 24/h 7 day tek support. unlike other mmos that I've alpha tested , and have the same broken bugs, since launch after 3 years. All have cookie cutter builds basically you cant dps with out these set builds. and the gm support well put in a ticket and wait 2 weeks. see if you get a answer.
