Runes Stacking 100 Aspect, 100 Essence, 20 Potency?? Wait what?

Okay can someone from ZOS help me understand this?

Why do we have the ability to stack 2/3 of the RUNES into stacks of 100 and one is only 20 runes.

I have seen numerous threads on this, and yes I'm resurrecting this one because it Needs to be FIXED! I'm shocked it still hasn't been after several patches and all. It seems like it would be simple, why has it not been fixed!? It's inconsistent with all other materials which stack to 100, and it's very frustrating for those of us who do Enchanting. Why should enchanter's be 'punished' bag-space-wise like this? I'm sure it must be some oversight, but really... when there have been multiple threads over several months one begins to wonder what nefarious plan is behind the lack of fixing this.

While there are plenty of more important things to be working on I'm sure, would it really be so hard to fix this???? Just being assured it was somewhere on a long list of things to do would make it a little less frustrating in the mean time.

Update 3 is making it 100 for the potency stack. Check the notes in the PTS section
