Deconstruction broken after the patch?

I went back to Rivenspire to empty my bags, and I discovered that I am no longer able to deconstruct items. Not only does every item yield "no resources found," but the items remain in the inventory after that display.
Edit: Apparently a glitch, fixed by logging in and out again.
Anyone else having this issue?
