An Open Letter to Zenimax
Dear Zenimax,
I realise that as a single player my experience means little to you in the overall scheme of things, but I am one of those who pays a monthly stipend to play your game which should allow me a moment to speak.
I get a few hours a night to play outside of work and family, and I truly love your game, but my experience has been that the constant bugs and defects are making even the time I have available so unenjoyable that I am close to quitting.
On this night I tried to complete Spindle Vet, only to have the second boss bug out so badly that my entire group had to disband even to be able to re-spawn and leave the dungeon.
This is not the first time that a bug has destroyed the gameplay experience, in fact it is just one of many.
I'm not trying to tell you what to do, I'm not even complaining that the game is becoming unplayable to the casual gamer, (you must know this already), I am just trying to tell you that whilst you will probably go on without people like me, you will definitely be hurt financially by our departure.
So, just once, please try to reply to my post, or my in-game defect report, with something other than a rote answer, and please try to fix the many issues occurring in your game as we, the casual gamer, only have a short attention span when it comes to bad service.
