I think I've figured out why Zenimax can't seem to achieve any sort of class balance.
It's become clear that their current method involves throwing darts at index cards with random balances changes written on them while blindfolded and probably drunk as well.
Guys, I'm not sure where you got that idea, but there's a better way to go about balancing classes. You can just sit down and think ideas inside your head places instead. Talking with your players during this process would also really help things along.
