Trapped in Elden Hollow group dungeon

So, apparently, it's not practical for a level 17 Nightblade siphon tank to solo the Elden Hollow group dungeon. Who knew?

Anyway, I'm stuck there with zero gold for teleporting to a wayshrine (spent the last of it trying the /stuck command, which put me at the same nasty place too far from the exit to survive the trip.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to escape from this that doesn't involve just deleting the character?

Travel to a group member. Hopefully you are in a guild, or start asking in zone

When you die you get the option to rez at a wayshrine, surely? Can't you get out that way, or at the very least appear beside the entrance by selecting that option?

If not - I'm not familiar with that dungeon - couldn't you "ghost walk" out of there when you die? You might have to die a lot, it might be slow, it might be tedious but you'd make it eventually. Sneak as much as you can, which might help a bit, too.

There's always the option 155UE5 describes, of asking to join a guild or group and travelling to another player that way.

From the resurrection point, to get to the exit, you have to jump up a series of waterfalls, and when you get close, there is a group of level 21 enemies waiting to whack me. Ghostwalking that far isn't a viable option.

When I first died, I was too low on gold to pay to jump to a wayshrine; that's why I tried the /stuck feature, which just bumped me back to the resurrection point inside the dungeon and cost me the rest of my small supply of gold.

Joining a group and using the travel to group member feature is worth a try.

Update: For future reference, I did a full quit from the game and when I returned, I was still dead, but just outside the entrance to the dungeon. Apparently, that's the final resort way to get out.

Yeah, I had a real sinking feeling about that one; I had just previously managed to get up to level 50 with Provisioning. heh.
