Carnage gives bonus to critical chance with basic attack and weapon stamina based skills, this would be great but in this game magicka skills are far better than stamina skills and if you are using a stamina build you suck.
Stealthy: +10% damage if stealthy, in other words, +10% damage with your first hit ...if you are the one who attacks first. When you are doing PvE or PvP you activate like 5-10 skills (unless long boss fights or big zergs) before the enemy is dead, this is like adding 1-2% extra damage. High elves has a passive that add +6% damage to every elemental skill, and Dark elves has a similar one for fire skills (please don't nerf them, they are great this way)
Robust: +15% health recovery...which is the one with the lowest soft cap, this passive can work great for long fights, but at the same time we have Stealthy passive that works bad with long fights, there is no synergy at all.
I have been playing since the first day as a NB Khajiit stamina based build, why? because I just love being a Khajiit with 2 daggers that ambush enemies, I don't want to be a sorcerer that do AoE spell damage with magicka skills. I love elder scroll saga, but I can't enjoy this unbalanced game. I will try to finish the main quests because they are cool but in any case I have already canceled my subscription because PvP and PvE sucks if you don't play with a OP magicka build.
Again, please don't nerf magicka builds or other racial passives, just fix the things that are bugged or just too weak to play with.
