Where are the players who could be in VR content...

I've seen a bunch of theory posts about why VR areas, particular the later ones are relatively quiet - everyone is quitting, everyone is in Craglorn, everyone is in PvP, people are still playing through 1-50, people don't want to be disloyal to 'their' alliance and so on.

So as I am bored and a little starved of human company in my VR8 zonbe I thought I'd ask people...

Obviously I am there... Deshaan/Shadowfen VR7/8 EU but it is very quiet & finding people for quest grouping or taking down WBs/Dolmens is rarer than a Daedric Motif.

Ive been spending about 50% of my time in cyrodiil getting the shards but Im about done with that now.

All over the place.With my VR12 main going between Reaper's March,Craglorn and various locations where I might have missed pve stuff.Dungeons and PVP. I also have a new alt .

You forgot "all of the above" option. Pretty sure it is a combination of what you gave as options. Also need to add "Phasing" heh. I rarely have seen anyone while questing in VR (I am in VR10 zone atm) but when a dolmen is going all of a sudden you may see 10-12

I'm currently leveling in Greenshade, did some Craglorn Anomoly farming but got bored. Currently just doing the zones, completist style, having fun and not too bothered about my progress.

The achievements are bugged so don't want to potentially mess up my character more by playing. I know they say it's just visual/ui bug etc, i'm just not buying that reason, i'm betting the database is somehow messed up.

I am VR1 and already exploring Craglorn a little, alongside questing in the appropriate zone. It's unlikely I'll hang around in the higher level VR zones when I can just do something new by going to Craglorn (I have alts in all alliances).

Same as @Arundo‌ really. Did some Anomalies. Got mindlessly bored and went back to my current zone which I am now completing fully and even read the quest for once.

Strangely enough, I finished the major Cold Harbour quests. I'm level 47. I can't even use the quest rewards I got for three more levels. I can't start VR yet either. I also have multiple other alts who aren't anywhere near level 40 yet, let alone 50.

And that is without doing any pvp.

You can start questing in VR zones at level 47. Go to the harborage.

I just hit VR 3 in Deshaan (AD), almost done with that region too.

People are just completing content too fast; hell I saw VR 12s early morning of the latest patch...I mean, they literally had to have been waiting the millisecond the game came back on and rushed everything to get to VR12 by the morning...

Taking a break, tired of fighting with a poorly designed game.

Truly feel sorry for art/creative team, they developed a beautiful and interesting game, but bugs and poor gameplay decisions have really made this a frustrating experience.
Have vr3 in deeshan, but also have a couple of alts there as well....

The pull didnt have an option that was the most obvious one if you look around where people are and what they are doing IN GAME.

I am playing the game. Created a guild took its time too, but we have a working base which adds to the attraction like in most games.

I probebly would be higher level if I got the skyshard addon or had some map exactly where they are.

But I have way to fun exploring, questing, heading off in wierd directions and outright go skyshard hunting. I got quite good at it....looking around in the environment...thinking....hmm...behind those rocks, dont see the glow BUT maybe....

I missed alot of skyshard, but those I found, I found by playing the game. And this has become one of the most fun things among many. EVERY time I find a skyshard, it feels better then when I level.

I get the question alot from people here why I like everything, why I am a "fanboy" or whatever people feels like calling me.

I play the game...I dont grind it, I dont level it. I play it.......Its new and exciting. The level grind is pretty much gone. Dont need it...you end up at highest level anyway, but having loads of fun getting there.

I don't normally say this, b/c lots of players are ESL, but your English needs help. If you're going to do a poll, make your grammar understandable. I don't know if I filled out the category to which I belong and I don't understand what many of your categories even mean.

Anyways, to answer your poll, I would be in Vet levels now but for 3 reasons:

1. I was playing a Nightblade and got bored and so switched to a sorc.
2. My "husband" (via rings of Mara) outleveled me and so won't group with me now. We married 2 characters, one my NB, one a sorc. He never grouped with me on the NB and stopped bothering with the sorc so...
3. I started a new sorc and am leveling that up. It's great fun. Nearly vet again.

On an aside, I'm looking forward to NB passives being fixed. I'll likely play my NB again if that happens. But I like playing alts, too. Unfortunately, this game is designed so that you have one main and a bunch of crafting/bank toons. That kind of sucks.

I am currently VR 1. I like a large number of video games and my personal schedule doesn't always afford me large amounts of uninterrupted play time, so I simply don't progress in any single game as quickly as others seem to. I'll be there eventually though!

For now , i have unsubed and all i do is feed my horse and keep my research.

Some days left on my sub to see what zen made with bitting jabs, if i think it is working again i will resub.

And yes , i will complete all zones up to vr10.

Still , now the top area is vr12 , so it makes sense the top zones would have less players , because like in any MMO , tons of PvE players stay at the top zone , which is not the vet10 anymore.

I've stopped playing until they get their act together or my sub expires. Meanwhile i'm playing the ArcheAge alpha, as it's the more polished, balanced and bug free of the two.

You can group with who you want, weapon swap and everything. It's clearly a programming miracle.

Had a week I couldn't play the game after the patch due to my old friend "unknown error", roll back bug, memory leak, Cyrodiil being a complete mess and eternal loading screens .... haven't bothered trying since.

Just hover around here for a few minutes a day to see what's happening, if anything.

If they are anything like me, they just dont have the desire to log in or even click the unsub button. I am getting more enjoyment from the forums now than the game, and may try Wildstar. Never played WoW so a 'clone' might be okay to me.

I see plenty of people in VR content. If anything, I find it to be just the right amount of players. Not so many that Zone chat is full of the usual diatribes, but consistently active. Delves and Public dungeons always have other players running around. When a dolmen lights up, within moments enough players show up to clear it. And once you clear a main city's phasing, you see plenty of people/players.

I actually find the VR zones much more pleasurable to play in. Not so many players that it becomes annoying, and enough players always on hand when you need them.

I'm a VR6 with 661 quests behind me so far. When I log in now I feel like I just don't want to do anything anymore. I think I'm just burned out.
