We don't (officially) have buff && de-buff window(s). To boot, not all of the temp. buffs show up under active effects in the character menu. I'm wondering around with temporarily overcharged stats and don't know why, where or who they came from! Half of the time there's not even any clue (visual effect) on my toon. These things should be a fundamental part of the game, without the need for addons.
