NB DW AoE

Whats a good build for it?
I currently have drain Power Extraction, Steel Tornado, Volcanic rune and Siphon attacks.

I dont know which skill to use in the 5th slot, and i also dont like that i have to ground target volcanic rune all the time. Power Extraction isnt really a DPS spam skill.
Ive tried taking Expert Hunter in dungeons with undead and daedric mobs.

NB has very few class AoE skills i noticed, and DW only has so few.

My AoE build is

- Refreshing Path
- Drain power
- Whirlwind (forget the exact name)
- Expert hunter (because i usually use AoE in dungeons only it helps since most are deadric or undead)
- Bone shield (helps on certain bosses and is a really good support tool)

This build works great for me, Fastest run my guild has had in Banished cells (15 mins) was with 2 Nightblades, 1 Templar, and a DK tank.

I usually have 1 bar for AoE and one for Single target, that way you can drop high priority targets very fast if needed (bosses/archers/flame line dudes.)


One thing NB seriously lacks is an AoE CC, now i see you run volcanic rune and that might be a good choice.. Might have to try that one out.

Refreshing path is a good tool for aoe damage, also heals you while you're in the area.

You could also pick up the necrotic orb ability from undaunted for some extra area damage. Trap beast could also be a good aoe move for both cc and damage, but I'd suggest not using anything stamina based other than whirlwind, as you want to save as much stamina as possible for that once targets are at 50%.

Crescent

Stamina builds don't have AoE. Neither Sorc or Templar have good AoE on DW either.

You should be veil of blades+refreshing path+steel tornado at 50%.
