all i want is being able to play the friggin open world .

Defensive much? All content is soloable with pretty much any build(craglorn zone and group instances being the exception). No one can give you advice or even try to help you when all we see is "OMG WTF game iz hardz, i quit!!!"

I didn't realise all gamers were naturally born at being good at all video games ever created.

I honestly think a lot of it has to do with people not understanding the combat mechanics of the game. You need to block/dodge/interrupt in a game like this. In 1-50 content they really didn't have to do this, you could just eat most damage and be fine, but in Vet content you have to do these things or it doesn't end well.

This is certainly true. but I still think the difficulty in VR is far too high. I certainly couldn't manage it playing in first person and without addons to show DoT/status timers. The game throws people far too much in at the deep end suddenly in VR, with no help, and punishes failure too hard financially with high repair and respec costs. The death recap is a step in the right direction but it doesn't really give any useful help ate the moment. A training arena might be useful where you could spar with no risk and no reward against different types of opponents.

I never said that. What I said is that the content is soloable(because it's supposed to be) and if he is having difficulty there are people that would try to help him if he gave us something to work with. Instead we get a /ragequit post.

They had a bug after the patch that buffed mobs. They fixed that, mobs are the same now as they were before the patch.

Except it's still not fixed. They fixed the errant mob health, they did not fix the insane amount of dps some NPC's do. Not all, but some of them are doing crazy dps, spamming special attacks, and seem to be even ignoring armor or spell resistance.

I can go to Deshaan (VR7 for me) and fight three crocodiles or whatever and barely walk away. I can go to Craglorn and take on 6 VR11 beetles with ease. It's not balanced. I can barely clear some VR6-10 solo dungeons now, while I can go to Cyrodiil and practically pull half of a dungeon and not go below 80% health (siphoning aoe warlock build is actually op). The NPC's in Craglorn and Cyrodiil do not have these issues. I had no issues with veteran content (obviously..I have two veteran level characters), but the difficulty has been unbalanced since the Craglorn patch.

Actually, they didn't even fix mob health. Some of the mobs are still COMPLETELY bugged, health and all. Or were, last I checked.

OP, stop arguing with the other forumers and answer the ZOS rep who's trying to help you. Chances are, the main problem you're experiencing is due to bugged mobs from the last patch being mixed in with ones that aren't bugged, so difficulty has been erroneously hiked. Also, calm down. Some of the people you're fighting with were either agreeing with you or were perfectly civil.

If you will scroll up and read the mod comment in this thread, here I'll quote it for you:
Hey there, @Iniesta. Do you mind letting us know what megaserver you're on, what region you're in, and the monster names so that we can properly investigate? We know that this can be frustrating, and appreciate your patience.

There are some mobs that they missed in the fix, people need to report those mobs to get them back to where they are supposed to be.

That's exactly the point, isn't it. Some gamers aren't just good enough and they admit it. Then there are some others that are equally iincapable but prefer to place the blame on everything except themselves. I admire the first kind and cannot stand the second one.

Yes, which we've been doing in this thread: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/102761/tested-recent-difficulty-reversion-and-did-not-take/p1

@Iniesta‌ You gotta stop feeding the trolls man. There are people and even a ZOS mod here trying to help you and all you are doing is arguing with people who are not helping you one bit.

Let the anger go and focus on getting the help you need. There are people here that want to help you, but you have got to calm down and communicate with them.
