You see so many posts of complainers announcing that they are unsubbing because of this or that reason... mainly because the game doesn't meet their expectations or some skill was nerfed and suddenly their build isn't as good as it was before so, like children, they pout, cry, complain, smash their toys into little bits and unsub.

Bye bye, we don't need more children playing ESO.

I'm staying. I'm not unsubbing. When the game changes, I adapt to those changes and continue on. As for expectations, the only ones I had was that the game would addict me and I'd devote a large portion of my time to playing the game and improving my characters in it.... expectations met.

Man, be a little careful what you say, Zenimax actually have mods who reads posts. I agree though. When those players who simply do not understand the game at all. Where getting exp the fastest way and calculating 1-1 pvp???

When those people quit, or are already. We are better off, hehe.
I dont have any fact for it, but I sense a small growt in the population. Few more players, and nice ones!

I think ESO attracts 2 types of MMO players. Those who like this type of course and played all kinds of MMO. But like myself, I enjoy new, unexpected things and I LOVE choices. The second type I think is a MMO player who havnt been that interested in MMO before.....just cause the type didnt interest them.

ESO allows you to be a completely newbie and still dont be worse off then those who got lots of experience. We have 2 players in my guild who does like computer games but this is their first MMO.

I actually love this game and will defend it as well.

What I will not do is tolerate this trash from the OP, because unlike others who complain I know what's actually going on, and as you say Grim, this game's players have very real and pressing concerns that need to be met, because atm a majority of players are being impacted for the negative, and if they all quit, the fanbois won't have a game to continue circle jerking in.

Wow OP , now that you said it ... nothing changed.

Im still unsubbing unless zen deals with the bitting jabs issue , but by all means , do keep playing and paying.

I believe the game eventually will be much better , so i intend to come back then , still , someone must keep paying till that day comes , so im counting on you , go for it :P.

I'd say the people with legitimate issues would tackle things more maturely than crying like babies about it... but maybe I'm overestimating my faith in humanity.

The game has it's problems, yes, but I have wishful thinking that Zeni will bring it together. My only hope is that the Devs do not get discouraged because of this huge ***-fest that is the forums, as of late.

I can completely understand posts that are discussing legitimate problems in a well mannered text. I do not understand posts that are addressing issues that have CLEARLY already been covered, or the posts that challenge the game and threaten to un-subscribe.

My 180 day sub comes out of my account in 2 days, and I am completely fine with that, because I am a fan(BOI). Is it that hard to have a positive outlook on something that is created for solely entertainment? If you are worried about your "moneys worth" after 2 months, you shouldn't even have considered subbing for a video game and find a different hobby.

The OP is correct in one aspect. The game would be better without some of the birds shitting all over these forums.

I personally don't get "money's worth" issue either. $15 / month is nothing. How many beer is that? Can't even go to the cinema for $15 or a decent restaurant.

And if you are a hardcore player, how many hours a month do you play? Well over 100. 200 even. And that comes out to pennies per hour (just guessing there... I didn't break out a calculator and do the math).

Even if we lose time to maintenances, download times, issues after patches, etc, it's still huge value for the money. Got to put things into perspective a bit.

Money is not the issue to many players, i could indeed just leave the game and keep the sub up ... for whatever insane reason.

The problem is , i dont believe zen is making a work worth of even those 15$ right now , so i wont give even that much to them.

The bitting jabs issue is just the tip of the iceberg, and something i do believe they can fix in the time i have left reason i made this a condition , if they cant fix even that much in 2 weeks , then yeah , no reason for staying right now heh.

I do like to see that many are staying , this means the game will probably be here and better in a few months when i can just check on it and rejoin for a more polished experience , because right now this game is indeed full of bugs/issues.

The bugs and glitches are rough. I've written and said all over the place that ESO should have stayed beta for another couple months and never released in April like it did. I think that was a huge error on their part.

But, what's done is done and there's no going back. So we play in a bugged out game and play in often frustrating conditions or we drop the game and come back later once it's been cleaned up.

I choose to stay.

I don't get what everyone is complaining about. I am almost level 50 on the so called worst class nightblade, and i have not encountered a single gamebreaking bug that stops me from playing. What with my class apparently being the weakest and whatnot. Sure ive gotten stuck underground, or in between rocks, but no biggie.

Well if someone unsubbing after a game been out for almost 2 month that just show the are not willing to gave game a chance and unsubbing for thing get chance will that just show that those people don't really care much about the game.

Heck WoW chance everytime a expansion or patch hit but people still play WoW but not when come to new mmo god forbid if people should stay around a gave ESO a chance.

I'm not unsubbing for i think this game can be really good if the are gave time.

If you think it Violates the TOS, you can flag it as such. Apparently you did not because you knew you had no case or Zenimax does not agree with you.

They would. People who are mentally and legally capably of making a binding contract aren't so stupid not to expect these kind of birthpains from a MMO.

I am not unsubbing and personally don't care if others do or don't, but normally people who post OVER and OVER that they are unsubbing and the week after they are still here...

Anyway, losing players isn't good but if these people are just here to scream because the game is a 'failure' and that others games are better, well better if they go play those games, right?

I don't know how many times I have posted on this forum that I have no intention of cancelling my sub. It would take a lot more bugs, bots and gold-sellers to stop me enjoying this game and from the posts on this thread, I sure ain't alone!

Every MMO I have played (LoTRO, SWTOR, Defiance, GW2, etc...) has had forums filled with posts from players throwing their toys as far from the proverbial pram as they can, crying: 'Unsub! Unsub!'

Just a thought...When someone cries about cry babies isn't that the same way to complain about the game? You are complaining about a substance in the game...which in turn is what they are doing. ...and down the rabbit hole we go......lol

Besides small things i enjoyed playing this game.
Small bugs here and there or those Bots have not made me mad at all. They are everywhere and my experience with the Support where really well. (except once, but np)

Those trials are really fun but since craglorn came out, there are more and more problems which i am affected by. I personally have never cryed if i where affected by a nerf, but for now, i have to spamm vulcanic rune at Vet 10 zones to survive somehow. This has not been a problem by biting jabs.- This has been a problem of the whole classdesign.

We, including me, are basically crying about nerfs or recent changes which obviesly havent get enough thoughts. Those things where rushed out, but couldnt get fixxed in the same rush back again. 2 Downtimes without a single fix. For now, this game makes me mental. I like to play. I want to play, but all i am doing right now if i try to do something solo is logging on, try to do one quest, die 9364762345 times (or spamming vulcanic runde 0238774635648 times instead) and log off again, coz im totally mad about this and checking the forum, if any moderator is able to give a tiny clue, if something is in the mind from the devs duo to this and possibly when i will get back the fun i had.

Basically: The first thought i had when i just see those threads is: Ah.. well, another Sorc or DK (or a templar, who pretents everything is fine because he where skilled enough, but probably havent been solo questing arround since craglorn)

and again: All of those people i startet this game with and who actually just brought me here (beta really cracked me up, i didnt enjoyed something AT ALL and just gave this a 2nd chance) has left this game allready.

If the incoming patch won't solve those game breaking stuff, i will be another one who cancle his subscription. This is -of course - not a threat. It's just another clue of a customer, who is not willing to pay for a free "pissed off" feeling on the evening.

I had my 6 month subscription fee taken from my bank account a few days ago and it was a great pleasure, as it meant 6 more months of enjoying this game officially validated .

I understand the harsh words from the OP against the rage quit posts. And I like to see for once the belittling going the other way. It is kind of irritating seeing so many quitter posts as most of them just spit on us, players who enjoy the game. As if we had no right to find pleasure in TESO just because Mr. I Quit did not appreciate this MMO.
