I contacted support team and it is always the same kid 20 something on a cell phone using the speaker mode. Is there more than 1 person working in that department? When you get the machine because he went to the bathroom or on lunch, it's the worst recording I've heard in a long time. Same kid every time, they are really saving some money on technical support team.
I can imagine the video with a manager on the phone and the tech guy playing 3 games while on the phone with him saying he emailed him a notification while the tech guy logs into the guys email and deletes all evidence of his previous email and then turning around claiming he didn't get it...
Is this really what's going on over there?
