PLEASE Fix Server- Client Synchronization

You know when you instant die in PvP and we'd just assume we took some huge crits... Well it turns more often than not, with the death recap I see my client just wasn't being updated in real time by the server. This leads to me not using a self-heal, or an ultimate or a healing potion, or trying to run for cover , etc and it kinda of sucks!
To recap one of many such situations I was fighting two lower levels, my bar showed 80% full health and then I insta died??? The recap showed I didn't take any large hits, due to my almost full health bar I never used the abilities I mentioned above because on my screen I didn't need them yet, I WAS 80% FULL HEALTH!
This delayed server data doesn't happen all the time but it happens way too often, I can't PvP effectively if I don't get timely data from the server of my current condition. PLEASE fix this ASAP!
