Will the bosses in the Cyrodiil delves ever get fixed?

There are so many bosses in Cyrodiil delves that won't spawn. The only solution currently is to try to find them in other campaigns. I had tried to wait for hours, but they still didn't show up. This is frustrating.

I have cleared all dungeons in Cyrodiil pre 1.2. Some bosses had 1 hour spawntime, some bosses 2-3 hours. But they all did spawn. I was just waiting and sneaking at the spot for the boss to spawn.

Every boss spawns, they have just a different spawnrate.

IF there became a bug since 1.2, then i am sorry.

I did find that the bosses at the end of toadstool hollow only spawn in exclusion of each other. Or so it seemed. Still haven't figured out some of the others. I really want to get some of these achievements done but there are so many that are simply impossible now.

Does Zenimax know of this issue? If so, why haven't they fixed it yet?

They have just rare spawn rate... At least their spawn rate is better than spawn rate of bosses in dark anchors... I got this achievement after ~10h of hunting all dungeons. Still better than 1 week 10h/day for hunting dark anchors...

Rare spawning rate? Really? Note that I'd waited for hours for the boss to spawn.... So my guess is that the instance was bugged.
