Celarus emperor farm

The EU celarus campaign (the new 14 day one) seems little more than an emperor farm, with little opposition to the central ring of keep being taken between AD and EP.
Further to this the emperors retire just a couple of hours after getting the title (and passives)and process swings to the other side. There is collusion between the sides, spoken openly in zone chat, and agreement between the prospective emperors to be.

The campaign is a corrupt farce, merely being used to propagate cheap emperors.

This is not the first nor the last time it will occur among low population servers.

its the same on Celarus NA. Noticed that one guy kept sending the pugs away from the main action too so that EP could take the emp keeps back faster. LAME

Emperorship is a farce. The desire to get the former emperor status is ruining PvP campaign wide.

Simple fix. Remove former emperor buff. Let the QQ's come, but don't say you earned it by cherry picking your campaign to farm emperor so you can pass on the buff to everyone in the crew.

Or have the empereor buffs/ passive only relate and be active to the campaign they were 'earnt' on.

They need to remove the emperor skill line and add more skill lines for high realm ranks. This would stop the keep/emperor farming and incentivise people to actually sink some time into Cyrodiil.

The zone chat on EU Celarus really makes one want to quit pvp, EP guild begging people to let AD retake keeps so as to continue their emperor farming :s

Happens everyday on the NA Celarus. EP and DC trade emp just about everyday. AD doesn't have nearly enough players to do anything. We can't even take our home keep. Was really hoping more people would switch to Celarus but everyone is either caught up with Craglorn and Wabbajack or they just don't know it exists.

Im honestly surprised that many people still pvp. I would expect big changes to campaign balance once cyrodil starts getting fixed. Between instability, caltrops and bugged mercs, my small group has switched from pvp to pve for the time being. Those of you suffering through this and continuing to try, I tip my hat to you. You have more patience than I.

I'm feeling the former emperor buffs lead to undesirable behavior as well. I just witnessed a flood of players from another campaign come into my (usually lopsided) campaign purely to crown an emperor so that that person could abandon the campaign without worry. Tomorrow they're doing the same thing for the next guy in line. The person crowned didn't even bother to defend or anything. It really makes the whole thing seem cheap and, according to this thread, the situation is even worse on Celarus.

I could get behind removing the former emperor buffs, or the idea about only providing the buffs on the campaign they were earned on, or just something. The game could really stand to incentive committing to one campaign better.

Remove former emperor buff. Introduce high ranking skill lines that require TIME and effort to achieve.
Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
