Recently, my game has been having weird visual issues. It's hard to describe and barely noticable, but it looks like certain areas of my screen aren't rendering alpha channels/spell effects/transparencies properly.

I have done various troubleshooting steps such as updating video drivers, repairing the game, removing all addons, adjusting both nVidia and in game graphic settings, etc. Nothing works and the problem persists. This issue causes certain enemies to not even render at all, meaning they are invisible to me. This only happens to enemies that have a transparent texture, like ghosts, spirits, frost atronochs, etc. Opaque enemies render just fine.

Here are a few screenshots of what's happening.

As you can see, it's only certain parts of my screen it's happening to.

Edit: Fixed the issue.

[EDIT] I didn't look properly at your screenshots. If you look around on this board, there's at least one other post about this. It seems to concern the DirectX9 renderer. You can try to look at your UserSettings.txt and see what renderer ESO is using.

As soon as you mentioned DX9, I knew exactly what the issue was. Why didn't I think of that? I was toying with SweetFX or something, but since removed it, but forgot to change my renderer back to DX11. I had a feeling it was related, but eliminated the possibility since I 'uninstalled' it.
