TBH any of us veteran MMO gamers could do a better job at this. If we did not have to worry about money.

The thing is that they have to raise there quality of the product to make the money as people quit playing and hate on the game if too many game braking bugs stop there game play.

I think ZOS have middle management problems. In other words the different departments are not communicating well. Also ZOS have too many CS reps that hare totally clues and come up with very bad BS that no one buy. That has to stop.
