Main Points:
Health Regeneration + 35% from Khajiit Racial +15% : Robust, and the Daedric Protection Passive +20%

Magicka Restoration : Done without using the restoration staff power attack or Magicka Potions

Stamina Regeneration : Increased by wearing Medium Armor

Highly Mobile Healer/ DPS Hybrid by utilizing Storm Calling abilities with Medium Armor Passive: Athletics.

"Energy Overload" Skills:
This is a unique function of the sorcerers "Overload" ultimate. It allows sorcerers to have a "Third" bar, that can be slotted with different skills when "overload" is active.

Synopsis

This build is a Healer/ DPS hybrid, it can deal damage and heal at the same by utilizing the ultimate "Power Overload" ability. It utilizes medium armor to remain mobile on the field, enabling you to dodge and sprint away from harm without sacrificing very much stamina.

USING POWER OVERLOAD Mechanic

The single most unique part of being a sorcerer is the ability to have a "third" bar, which enables you to have more of a skill selection than any other class in the game. The point of using Power Overload is to generate both attack damage, and Magicka Regeneration by utilizing auto and heavy attacks. Depending on what the situation calls for.

The great thing about Power Overload is that you can generate "Ultimate Charge" while using abilities. This Includes the healing being done by the player. In essence, your healing grants you charges, when you can then use to restore your Magicka when attacking with Light of Heavy attacks, which gives you the ability to get more charges to DPS with by healing. This enables you to constantly be able to move on the battlefield without sacrificing utility, both offensively and defensively.

With the 5 piece passive "Agility" from medium armor, this grants you a 10% attack speed increase which is more beneficial for attacking and generating Magicka with your light and heavy attacks.



For the DPS portion

More of a "Tanky" style of dps, the ability to fire a Venom Arrow after an auto attack means that you can attack fairly fast in rapid succession. This is heightened by the 5 piece medium armor 10% attack speed increase. Critical Surge is not just used to increase the weapon damage, the great function of critical surge is the ability to heal for 50% of the damage done on a critical, which the critical chance for this build is currently

5% From Bow Passive : Accuracy
15% Medium Armor Passive : Dexterity
6% Khajiit Racial : Carnage

Ball Lightning is used as a escape mechanism as well as a way to kite your foes. Boundless Storm grants an additional 30% stacking movement speed with sprinting, enabling you to escape and evade foes at an extremely fast speed.

    I use Bound Aegis for additional armor, I know bound armaments would give 8% more damage on heavy attacks, but I enjoy having additional armor.
