In Cyrodiil, I see ALOT (alot I mean alot) of people using I believe is a healing staff channeling their enemies health. Does anyone know what ability is that? I checked the healing staff, doesn't seem like anything in their is channeling. Is it a class ability?

    Is it a blue lazer beam? If so that is the soul strike ultimate from the soul magic line.

    Its yellow and can't be ultimate since they use it again and again. Looks as if it has pretty far range.

    The heavy attacks of the restoration staff are yellow tentacle like beams. Its a "channeled" heavy attack so it hits 3 times and then stops. So for a restoration staff a heavy attack occurs as 3 separate ticks, unlike other heavy weapon attacks.
