Returning to Nirn after Coldharbour?

Im lvl 47 and currently in Coldharbour, can I just use a wayshrine to teleport back to Nirn or Auridon etc..? And how do I return back to Coldharbour?

You can go back and forth using wayshrines.

To get back to coldharbour, zoom out all the way on your map. Its an island in the western part.

On the Map screen, you can change from the quests list to the locations list, last on the right, this then gives a list of all the maps you can wayshrine to.
