Need/Greed or Bound Gear Group Trading

This system feels like a step backwards but we need it or something less arbitrary than the system used atm such as the ability to trade bound gear between your group members who have access to the same boss loot.
The feeling of doing dungeon runs and especially trials is just wrong when your last piece of set gear keeps eluding you as you see others obtain that very item only to simply break it down for parts.
Instead of players feeling they want to do a dungeon because their set pieces may drop which promotes team effort, you get players feeling they have to run their dungeons because eventually the random number generator will give it to them. This process removes the feeling of reward and turns it into a feeling that your farming it.

I am aware a lot of people are opposed to the idea of need/greed so feel free to post your opinion about the kind of loot distribution system that you want
