[Bug] I seem to have walked into a random load screen :o

So I just jumped from the 2nd floor of the inn in the starting area at Craglorn. I walk not 5 meters away when BAM Craglorn loading screen. Im like wtf, did I walk into a portal that only appears once in 1000 years in that exact spot, soon to receive riches one can only dream of?
Well, ive been waiting for this load screen to go away but so far in 15mins its still there. I suppose I am going to have to close the game down and reload
hopefully I am no longer in an eternal load screen.
