Defeat Zatalguch - Village of the Lost Challenge - No Credit

Anyone else not get credit for killing Zatalguch? Just did it today with a group and it didn't count for us. I am VR4 and looked at my map and apparently I never finished the public dungeon (I could have sworn I finished this dungeon before?) so I went back to complete the public dungeon and kill him. Didn't count at all. Anyone else run into this issue?

Oh, another one of those huh. Not even worth trying then. They need to fix bosses that have this issue soon - I'm not going to camp out and try all day long to beat someone's last shot.0
