Crashes and Error Messages

What is the deal with all the crashes and errors. I can be playing for a while then out of no were "An error has occurred" and I am kicked from server. Then Error 301 displays, are there really that many people being kicked at one time? Also an Error 315 which is never shown on the forums? The best part is that it takes over an hour just to get back into the game.....
