[Programmer required] ESO fitting tool similar to EVE fitting tool.

For anyone here who used to play EVE I'm sure you're aware of a tool called EFT (Eve fitting tool) which was incredible and we couldn't live without it. It was an external program that allowed players to throw builds together, selecting items ect and you could see how viable it was before actually taking it into battle.

Anyone here good enough to make a similar program but for ESO? For example I play with 5 peices heavy and 2 light with 1h/shield and flame staff. I would like to see what my stats, damage, health, magika ect would be if I wore all medium, swapped my 1h/shield for two handed weapon and put x points into health and x point into stamina ect.

Do you see the benefit of having this program? It allows us to throw builds together and see the stats before actually spending skill points or gold recreating different builds. I know there are websites that have tools like this but they're pretty awful, the damage doesn't scale and neither do any of the stats. It's literally just showing you what skills you have and that is it.

With the ESO fitting tool we would be able to select items from a database of current in game items so we could see what stats, damage, health, bonuses ect all our gear gives us and how much better our stats would be if we upgraded to legendary for example.

It would be nice to see the exact stats that a build would give you. For anyone who thinks they would like to give it a shot you should download eve fitting tool to give you an idea of what sort of tool I mean.

Wishful thinking but hopefully someone here could do it xD

I would call that a "Build Preview" or "Build Planning" Tool.
Googling for them brought no result, but I might just have used the wrong keywords. About 50% Certain I heard about something like this already existing.
