- but wait there is a new patch 1.1.3 in the works - bet that kills the EU server and no-one will be able to log-on

Attached the new DxDiag & DxDiag64bit files after the Router changes and after the Driver update
As you can see -- GeForce 337.88 Driver installed and up to date.

The router would not allow - ESO Lobby2 cannot be mapped on Steves-PC. The system web server is using the same resources.

So no more messing with the router - it is not a router issue - it is a NA server issue after a failed patch

I have created a new character on the EU client and have been having no router issues or video display issues - no issues with add-ons or anything else other than the occasional lag;
however this does not solve my PROBLEM OF THE - ERROR CODE 201:7:1:1022:1007
I AM A PATIENT PERSON HAVE BEEN FOR 7 DAYS NOW BUT SERIOUSLY THIS IS RIDICULOUS 7 DAYS (YES I AM YELLING OUT OF FRUSTRATION)

ZENMAX GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER - I WANT TO PLAY ON THE NA CLIENT SERVER - THE PROBLEM IS ON YOUR END. AGAIN FAILED PATCH/UPDATE ANY REALISTIC SUGGESTION - because seriously that's all they are, just suggestions, they don't fix my problem, they just placate me, even that is wearing thin - for an on-going paying customer - you guys are looking at an epic fail here - but you know this and don't care what is but 1 member of the hundreds of thousands of thousands of customers mean to you NADA - you've got your billion$$$. So move on to your next roll-out. So in the immortal words of ZENMAX ESO English Support - "Helping you is our Passion! We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 168 hours (7 days)." How about a fix - I'm a junkie in need of a fix - a fix to my access to the NA server. Sorry for the rant - it is kind of cathartic. Please, Please help me get my fix.

I have crashed out of the game twice today both with an ESO generated mssg Unknown Error.

Seems like everything the server is taken down it comes back up with more problems.

Anyone else experiencing combat laag or freezes with inability to use abilities just blocking? and target teleporting all over?

I do not know what happened with the patch. All I know is I can log on for about 30 minutes before it becomes unplayable. Often with black screen crashes. (heat is not the issue, but it mimics a heat crash)

FIX WEAPON SWAP!!!!!!!!!!! Sick of hitting it 5 times for it to work, yes I am mad. I just hit it 5 times in PVP and its not working. Sick of the garbage bugs, ban me I don't care.

I can tell you the 301 error continues. Not sure what causes it or how it gets transferred to other players. I have never had it until today, and as with others, I have tried every published workaround, no luck. Just updating you on the status.

9 days and counting here, I've tried all the fixes support could give me. No luck, said they were going to escalate my issue to a higher tier and since then nothing. Although since I've missed 9 days that I paid for they did give me 3 free days of play time to a game I can't log into. I love the game and understand there was going to be issues when it first launched but it's starting to feel like I've been ripped off.

Several people have reported this and fixed it by changing the launcher.exe to admin rights.

No amount of beta testing catches everything. If you had half a brain or any concept of software testing, you would know this.

Though I would agree that there are one or two PTS guilds who "without question" aren't reporting bugs and then utilizing them to generate guild benefits and corresponding website traffic for revenue. That part I would agree with, but in general PTS players are reporting tons of bugs. Tons.

Meanwhile, you are just talking trash about a group of people you never met and a server you have 0 knowledge of.

The "toping": They will do an EU server earlyest in 6 months. So we got fooled.

well, there is still alot issues about this topic, me and alot of other players are unable to complete veteranzones 7-10 due to heavy damageincome and since monsters are more likely to be grouped at 2 or 3 there is almost a certain death fighting them.
do you have any information on this being fixed in 1.1.3?

I also had the 301 error. It was very frustrating. I used customer support and after a day and some change it was resolved. During that time I was very upset because I couldn't find anything official that said hey we have a problem we're working on it. Just try this, check that, non-sense. That coupled with the steroid taking VR1-10 mobs that came with 1.2 I was pretty heated.

All that said, I never once thought about unsubscribing. I can't understand the logic in quitting something I enjoy because there was a mistake or an incident of poor service.

Would you stop eating at your favorite fast food place if they give you cold fries? I haven't. I bring the problem to their attention and let them resolve the problem. In the case of ESO it is a more complicated problem they are fixing. As a technician I am empathetic and I understand that effort does not always yield results, but that in no way lets them off the hook. To their credit ZOS has already set the standard that when gamers have unnecessary amounts of down time they will be compensated. We are too quick to forget being comped several days because due to the excess maintenance during launch week. I can't imagine that something similar will not happen for the 301 folks.

Can we get some communication on the broken templar issue?

If you look through this thread, the most "agreed" with comments are the ones asking for Templar fixes. If you read through the other threads, the reason why most people are quitting is because they play a templar and can't play anymore.

We need at least an acknowledgement that you understand Templars need to be fixed. Or just tell us that they are fine and we will all cancel our subs. But pretending the issue doesn't exist is just childish and disrespectful to your players.

Maybe the problem is in Zen's data collection tools. Perhaps they think they are seeing cumulative damage output when it isn't.

Is the sum of the damage types reported in the recap screen equal to or greater than the dead character's starting HP?

That harvester sure isnt "normal".

Man the Harvesters has a move that you can't block/dodge. And you cant see it coming (not that you need too). Those moves are a real buzzkill. I guessing that's the one.

I'd have to say yes. 2 hrs after installing patch 1.1.3 I'm in game and i can't interact with any door or item. I /quit to restart game and get error 301 AGAIN when logging back in. This will be my 2nd time dealing with this damned log in problem. First back on Memorial Day weekend. Now i'm on vacation for next 5 days and i can't access my account. EFFIN GREAT! THANKS ZENIMAX!

Pro Tip: After any patch, always run the repair function. Its the gear icon in the launcher

Repair does not fix the error 301 issue. It is not an issue with the files or patches on my PC (other than the f'd up coding in the patch itself). I tried every fix there was last time to no avail. I even uninstalled and reinstalled (a 9 hr task btw) and it did not cure the problem. It took ZOS resetting the servers for the problem to be solved last time. Although it appears that it was only a temporary fix.

And as of this point, i have not been compensated for any game time lost due to this issue. It took 4 days to get back into my account last time. I wonder how many more days I'll add to that total this week.

Hello, DJ here.

I must apologize for Cruddy...he can be very direct. However, he has a point.

The Patch Notes link on the Launcher should take one to the MOST CURRENT PATCH NOTES, not some generic landing page where one must run thru listings to find out what the next patch intends to do with no idea of when or if it has been applied without poking around to find out whether the patch you just got was the one being discussed a few days ago or not.

How about something like this:

PATCH 1.1.3 IS LIVE - CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO!

That would be much more direct, don't you think?

I'm going to go get Cruddy his Gin and Tonic...he's much nicer after he's had a Gin and Tonic....

That seems to be an error with some addon - at least it went away, when I disabled all addons. Not sure which one, I enabled them in batches, when they updated and didn't record in what order.

It was a bug with "Follow the group leader" add-on. There is an updated version of it that fixes it if you don't like the new crown icon ZOS added to the game.
