[Video] Question about Nightblades ULTIMATE animation

Usually it's just a simple two-slash animation but every noe and then this happens. I also noticed this animation does more damage. Could it be that it works only when you strike a critical hit?
It also looks bad ass don't you think? :P Should i get more spell crit to see this more often? thnank you.
