Horrible fps in cyrodil post update

my comp easily ran on high settings on even the most crowded fights before update in cyrodil but now its just shockingly bad. i even put it on low and its still 19fps on medium fights. i also notice 1 cave in glenumbra which destroyed me and my friends fps when we went in it (cave where u trap the 3 souls)
ontop of this my friend who has a similiar graphics card had it crash for the 1st time playing eso today and also had the fps drops

as of today, i cant even play in Cyrodil. I port in, then i cant do anything else, cant use shrines, cant teleport anywhere, just get disconnected after a few min, with msg an error has occured.0 -
Kronosphere✭✭✭✭i was 1v1, yes there was only two of us no one around in simple area. and it was pretty choppy. furthermore when i put my DK standard down it went to literally 1 fps for 5 seconds+~House Indoril~
