Level 10 Main Story Quest Disappears out of Journal

On a new alt of mine I hit level 10 and picked up the mission for the main quest. The one about Lyris, I forget the title properly.
Anyway, when I entered the harborage (the first quest step) the mission completely vanished out of my journal. A relog did not restore it, nor did a map change.
Ticket submitted but I am making this thread as a warning to new Aldmeri Dominion players that this may occur for you as well.
