Game will not Launch

There was a small patch today and since then the game will not launch. When i press the play button it turns gray for a few seconds and then it goes back. I ran repair and restarted my computer, unblocked the firewall but it still will not launch. Windows 7 64 bit OS.

Thanks! I tried it AGAIN and completely disabled Webroot and it worked. I might contact them to see if they can work on this problem.
